At Amber Ranch, the house, lawns, patio, stage, dance floor, and open country all become part of the day. Guests can arrive, park on site, gather under the lights, and move naturally from ceremony to dinner to dancing.
This is a working preview for our 2027 wedding season. We are designing a limited calendar of private celebrations with attentive, owner-led planning and the flexibility to bring your own vision—or use our trusted local network.

Add All Good Vibes to Venue Essential for $3,999, or upgrade Ranch + Coordination to the complete $11,999 Ranch + Live Band package for an additional $3,500. Package prices are starting points for events of up to 100 guests. Larger celebrations are quoted in guest-count tiers to reflect additional staffing, parking operations, golf-cart transportation, security, restrooms, rentals, cleanup, insurance, permitting, and event hours. Catering and alcohol are not included unless specifically quoted.

Not background music—the moment everyone remembers. All Good Vibes is a seasoned Sacramento-area party and dance band, and a local favorite at some of the region’s best live-music venues. Their versatile repertoire moves easily from modern country and R&B to current hits, classic rock, funk, and pop—music chosen to bring different generations together and keep the dance floor moving. They perform throughout Sacramento and Northern California for cities, corporate events, milestone birthdays, weddings, and private celebrations—and they are the house band of Amber Ranch.

Good to know
The practical questions matter.
How many guests can the ranch host?
The property has successfully handled a private celebration of approximately 300 people. Final wedding capacity will depend on the approved event layout, parking plan, rentals, sanitation, fire access, and applicable county requirements.
Is there enough parking?
Yes—parking is one of the ranch’s clearest advantages. Five acres provide substantial on-property parking space. For larger events, we offer professional parking attendants, golf-cart transportation from the parking areas to the venue, and professional on-site security staff. Availability and pricing are confirmed with each event plan.
Can we bring our own caterer?
That is the plan for 2027, subject to licensing, insurance, and event requirements. You may bring an approved professional or ask us for introductions to trusted local partners.
Can alcohol be served?
Alcohol service must be handled by an appropriately licensed and insured provider and comply with California ABC and local requirements. We will help incorporate the bar plan into the event layout.
What happens if the weather changes?
Outdoor celebrations need a clear backup plan. We will review tents, seasonal timing, heat, wind, and rain contingencies during planning before a date is finalized.
How late can music continue?
All Good Vibes can perform until midnight, giving couples the option of a full evening reception with live music through the final celebration.
